Webinar over anabole resistentie, voeding en beweging
Op donderdag 20 januari 2022 organiseerde het NUHS Centre for Healthy Longevity een webinar waar prof.dr. Andrea Maier en prof.dr. Luc van Loon in gesprek gaan over anabole resistentie, spierherstel bij veroudering en de invloed van voeding en beweging op spieropbouw.
Omdat in deze webinar exact overbrengt wat we ook willen vertellen op dit VBNU platform hebben we toestemming gekregen om deze webinar hier te mogen publiceren en hebben we een Nederlandse ondertiteling toegevoegd, zodat de inhoud nog beter overkomt.
